Everything you need to know before your first visit.

Book your reservation → receive a Door PIN and Bay PIN in the Trackman app and confirmation email → arrive at your scheduled time → use your Door PIN to enter → use your Bay PIN to unlock the simulator → Trackman runs for your scheduled duration and auto-ends when your session is over → please leave the studio clean for the next golfer.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time may result in loss of funds or credit. No refunds are provided for no-shows or late cancellations.

After booking, you'll receive a unique access code. Enter it at the keypad to unlock the door. Your code activates 5 minutes before your session start time and expires when the reservation ends.

Reservations are booked in 30 minute increments for up to 4 hours at a time.

Yes — if the bay is available, you may book back-to-back sessions. Membership tiers limit the number of active tee times you can hold simultaneously, so once your current session ends you can book a new one.

No. Membership tee times do not carry over. InPlay memberships include unlimited bookings, so you can come back as many times as you like — just book a new tee time for each visit.

Yes! Guest policies vary by membership tier. Hourly players can have up to 4 people per bay at the standard hourly rate.

Yes. The member or person who made the booking must be present for the entire session.

No. Sessions and memberships are non-transferable. Unauthorized sharing of access codes is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.

Trackman automatically logs out at the scheduled end time. Please leave the facility clean and put back any moved furniture for the next golfer.

Your reservation still ends at the originally scheduled time. Arriving late reduces your available play time, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early to get set up.

Yes, you may leave at any time. Unused time from a session does not carry over to future bookings.

Closed-lid drinks are welcome inside the bays. Please avoid bringing food that could create mess near the simulator equipment. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the facility.

Bringing your own clubs is recommended. We do have a set of right-handed, left-handed, and kids clubs that can be borrowed by guests without their own clubs.

Members and guests are responsible for any damage caused during their session through misuse or negligence. Please treat the facility and equipment with care.

Yes. Memberships automatically renew each month on the same day you signed up. You will be billed upfront at signup and on each renewal date.

Provide 14 days' notice via email to chad@golfinplay.com. Cancellation takes effect on the next billing date after the 14-day notice. No prorations or refunds are offered.
